It was incredibly quiet here with lush trees providing shade and the location felt special, something you don't come across often in England.

This place has a peaceful and ideal location near the mountain, castle, cable car, and statue, and you can grab a cup of tea or coffee at Ca'puccino nearby.

Location was lovely, 5 minute drive from Rudesheim in the mountains. Deer park in the grounds. Food at dinner was exceptional!

Could have been more choice at breakfast, hot food not great. Bar area small and on a Saturday night people wait here for their table in the restaurant so no place to sit, boomed the suite which was nice but not a luxurious suite you'd expect in a hotel in other European cities.

It is a very short drive to Rothenburg o.d.T and is a nice quiet place to unwind from a busy day of sightseeing.

We greatly enjoyed our stay at this characterful hotel. the food was fabulous, and the staff were amiable and friendly. Our room was airy and quiet, featuring a spacious white bathroom and lovely views. the trees shading the windows added to the charm of our stay, making it a perfect stop before our five nights on the Rhine.

Parking onsite. Pet friendly. Nonsmoking rooms. Quiet. Enjoyed the forest and walking in the woods. Requested halfpension when booking room; the meal wasn't spectacular, but good. The outdoor eating area is probably very nice during summer. Nice views of fields and forest from the dining room windows, but evening tables by windows are reserved for larger parties and not couples. The hotel was just "ok." Would not recommend it unless you just want to be away from town and in the country for a night or two.

The experience was not equivalent to 4 star and somewhat disappointing. Overpriced. The breakfast was nothing special; very plain and ordinary. Clean rooms, but worn furnishings. When booking, we contacted the hotel directly to advise we were celebrating a special event. We had hoped to have a terrific experience to remember. Unfortunately, the hotel was like any other chain hotel with a pricey restaurant attached and nothing special at all; we could have gone to a hotel half the price and had the same experience.

A peaceful and beautiful location with a lovely pool and sauna. The breakfast was good, and the terrace offered a great place to relax with a drink. The view from the dining room was amazing.
